On March the 25th, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Huiqian Logistics was invited to attend the campus recruitment at Dongguan University of Technology, featuring carefully designed booth displays and job posters. Sales Manager Juice was fully prepared, eagerly awaiting consultations with soon-to-be graduates ready to step into the working enviornment. 

More than 50 companies attended the job fair, all eager to take advantage of this spring recruitment opportunity to attract talent and bring fresh energy to their businesses.

Huiqian came to Dongguan University of Technology because it is the top university in the Dongguan area, known for its students' strong learning abilities and high overall competence. Huiqian believes it can meet many talented individuals here who are willing to engage in discussions and explore development opportunities together.

2025年三月二十五日，下午3点-5点，荟千物流受邀来到东莞理工学院的校园招聘摊位，准备好了精心制作的摊位海报、招聘海报，业务主管Juice已做好准备，期待着即将步入职场的准毕业生们前来咨询~ 

现场有超过50家企业，来到招聘会，大家都想借此春招机会招贤纳士，为自己的企业增添新鲜有力血液。荟千来到东莞理工学院，也是因为这所学校作为东莞地区第一的大学，学生学习能力强，综合素质高，荟千相信能遇到很多的人才，愿意相互沟通发展机会。

At Dongguan University of Technology City College, many students come for inquiries. Most of them are from science and engineering majors, excelling in economics, engineering, and other related fields. Among them, some are proficient in English and are willing to pursue a career in the foreign trade industry—these are precisely the Huiqian is looking for. Their presence has provided Huiqian Logistics with many new ideas and inspirations for its target recruitment group.

在东莞理工城市学院，有许多学生前来咨询，他们大多数是理科专业，精于经济学、工程学等，其中还有精通英语，愿意从业外贸行业的，他们便是荟千想要找的人才。他们给荟千物流的招聘面向群体提供了很多新思路、启发。

Abby, the HR representative from Huiqian Logistics, also attended the job fair and engaged in discussions with these young and aspiring students. When interviewing candidates, Abby focuses more on their English proficiency, communication skills, and career development intentions. 👏

At City College, there were even more students attending the job fair, and many showed great interest in sales positions within the logistics industry. Most of them came well-prepared and spoke confidently with interviewers during self-introductions and mutual discussions. According to the candidates, the foreign trade and logistics industries have been on a continuous rise in recent years. Seeing the promising prospects, they are eager to enter the industry and explore career opportunities.

荟千物流的人事Abby也来到招聘会，与现场这些年轻、有想法的学生互相交流。Abby对于面试者，更注重于面试者的英语水平、沟通能力以及职业发展意向。

在城市学院，来招聘会的同学更多了，对物流行业销售岗位感兴趣的面试者也很多，并且他们大多数都准备充足，在自我介绍、相互了解的过程能够和面试官侃侃而谈。据应聘者反映，外贸、物流行业在近年的趋势只增不减，他们都看到了前景，愿意进入这个行业尝试发展。

Whether at Dongguan University of Technology or Dongguan City College, the 2025 Spring Campus Recruitment Fair has come to a successful conclusion. Huiqian Logistics has gained a lot from this event, receiving numerous resumes and meeting many talented individuals with great ideas. The next task for Huiqian is to carefully review resumes, engage in in-depth discussions to understand mutual needs, achieve its recruitment goals for the new year.
